Linguistically Diverse Executive - Team Lead
Our client, an international Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) that provides services in various industries, need the services of a talented Order Management Process Executive.
You must be able to read, write and speak a language that must be mutually intelligible to Dutch such as Afrikaans. Full training will be provided to individuals to achieve moderate proficiency to understand and speak Dutch.
You need to have:
University degree.
Experience in F&A/HR/S&P processes would be an asset.
Experience in managing team or project.
Focus on customer and broad experience in customer service.
Drive for improvement and harmonization.
Excellent communication skills.
Training skills (experience as an internal trainer would be an asset).
Stress resistance.
Strong customer orientation.
Fluent Dutch is a major advantage.
