There was almost a reverse brain drain and a feeling of patriotism. However, during the last few months we are increasingly engaging with candidates who are asking us to assist them find jobs overseas, most notably in Commonweath countries. "So it appears there is a trend reversal. Some of them are looking to earn foreign currency and others are looking to work overseas for the dual reason of political and crime level worries - and to earn pounds or other foreign currencies." |
